All I can say right now is that it's easy to be happy when things are going well. It's the times, however, when things don't go your way that you find out what you're really made of. Today was that kind of day for me.

So ...what's the scoop? I saw that you had a really good swim ... and then got chicked big time :-) Ride this week?
Yeah, for once the swim was the best part of my race! Getting chicked sucks, but at least they were hot ones! Ride this week is a CERTAINTY! What works well for you? I'll update the race report shortly, as well as cry to you about it on our ride:)
Thursday? What time?
Yeah Thursday is cool. I can do early AM or middle of the day. Honestly, middle of the day is much better, but I don't know what your schedule is like. What's the weather suppossed to be?
